7 Walks to Wellbeing:
taster series

Your Perfect Reset Time Outdoors

Dunami CIC is rolling out a special offer for Students

A restorative companion for exam seasons and beyond

When the mind is full and the body is tense, sometimes the most powerful step you can take is simply to step outside and walk.

This 7 Walks to Wellbeing Taster Series offers a gentle introduction to the audio-guided walking practice. Designed especially for students during the pressures of exam season, it also welcomes anyone seeking a restorative pause and a way to reconnect with themselves through nature.

Across seven guided walks, you will explore simple practices of sensory awareness, embodied reflection, and connection with the natural world—helping you slow down, breathe, and restore clarity and focus.

You can take the walks anywhere - in a park, woodland, by the sea, or along a familiar path and at a time that suits you. The audio guidance invites you to move gently at your own pace while cultivating calmness, attention, and resilience.

Why join the 7-walk series?

During periods of intense study or demanding work, it is easy to become disconnected from the body and from the supportive rhythms of the natural environment. The Walks to Wellbeing taster series offers a simple way to restore that connection.

Participants often discover how walking with guided attention can help to:

• release mental tension and exam stress
• refresh focus and creative thinking
• regulate breathing and nervous system balance
• reconnect with nature as a source of support
• cultivate deeper awareness of body, movement and environment

Each walk lasts approximately 20–30 minutes of guided audio, with the option to pause and explore the practices further as you move through the landscape.

A regenerative step-up experience

This 7-walk series is designed as a regenerative taster of the full Walks to Wellbeing programme.

Through these first seven walks you will begin exploring the principles of Somatic Felt Thinking—a body-based approach to awareness and movement that invites a deeper dialogue between self and environment.

If you wish to continue your journey, the series naturally extends into the complete programme of 24 audio-guided walks, offering a year-long pathway of discovery and wellbeing.

A simple practice for a demanding time

All you need is:

• a comfortable place to walk in nature
• headphones and your phone
• curiosity and a willingness to slow down

You may also wish to bring a small journal to reflect on your experience after each walk.

Even a short walk can become a powerful space for restoring clarity, grounding the body, and renewing your sense of connection to the world around you.

Begin your journey

Give yourself the gift of a pause during a busy season.

The Walks to Wellbeing – 7 Walks Taster Series is an invitation to rediscover how simple movement in nature can support your wellbeing, creativity, and resilience—one step at a time.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Zara (student)

Before the walks, my mind was full and I felt like everything was moving too quickly.

After completing the two walks, I felt peaceful and I was glad I could enjoy the beach and woods as they were without any particular destination or goal in mind.

Jasmine (student)

Walking through both Donmouth and Tollohill really changed how I experienced places I thought I already knew.

I came away feeling more present, more connected, and honestly just a lot more at ease.

Such a simple but powerful way to experience familiar places differently.

Saman (student)

During the walk I was able to reconnect with myself and find an inner peace that I had been struggling to find during my time at university.

Nature is a blessing and something we all should reconnect with as much as possible.

The Dunami’s Walks to Wellbeing audio guide helped me quieten my mind and stop my constant overthinking by focusing on the present moment and how my body interacted with the environment.

This is a practice I will continue to return to whenever the stresses of everyday life become a little too overwhelming, and I need a way to ground and calm my busy mind.

By the end of the Walks to Wellbeing walks, I felt calmer, more present, and more connected to both my body and the landscape.

The guidance helped me experience familiar places in a slower, more aware way, and made me realise how mindful walking can support wellbeing through breath, movement, and attention to the natural world.
