12 Walks To Wellbeing

Join Anna Dako in twelve walks through some of Aberdeen’s local nature reserves this autumn.

Allow the natural environment to communicate with you as you explore Nature through movement and creative expression, engaging in contemplative Felt Thinking and creative practice. Explore new and more embodied ways to engage with these natural, local landscapes.

These walks are designed to offer you the opportunity to undertake a journey of self-enquiry, working towards improving your whole wellbeing. Rediscover the Natural world and yourself in it as we move towards reconnecting with each other and the world around us.

Every Saturday from 9am to 12pm, for 12 weeks from September to November, join Anna as she guides you on your walks through these wonderful local nature reserves. Located just 15 - 20 minutes from the city centre, all twelve locations are easily accessible by car, on foot or by bike.

We encourage you to attend as many walks as possible. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to book your place in advance.
